We require a one night stay plus tax deposit to reserve rooms for more than one night. We will refund the deposit, less a $ 10.00 service charge, if the cancellation is made 2 weeks before the reservation date. With less than 2 weeks notice, the deposit is not refundable, unless the reservation dates can be filled. If they are staying only one night, the deposit will be half the stay total.
During the rally we require either a 30% deposit, or first night stay, whichever is grater. On July 1st the remaining balance of your total amount is due. We will refund the deposit and the total due payment, less a $ 20.00 service charge, if the cancellation is made 2 weeks before the reservation date. With less than 2 weeks the deposit is not refundable, unless the reservation dates can be filled.
